30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at novanast@gmail.com. You'll need to send your return to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
